And the people at the counter are really kind, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. If you're looking for a great small engine repair shop, or a new piece of equipment, this is definitely the place to go.

Less than a month later and the replacement broke. We requested a refund and they refused. We spent close to a grand there and they screwed us over. The manager laid on the bed in our home with her wet, dirty shoes on and then said the "sag" wasn't enough to get a replacement. She interrupted me non-stop and wouldn't listen to a word I said. Being a small mom and pop store, you would expect better customer service. I asked why they won't give a refund and it's because "we can't lose money." But your customers can? Worst place ever. We will be going to a more reputable corporation next time.
