We were greeted right away as we pulled in to park, the gentleman explained a few things to us and then we went on our way through all the greenhouses to find exactly what we wanted with a flat cart in tow that they have for customers to use. All the people working there were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also have their own potting mix and I'm sure much more (but that is what we bought) and they loaded it in our truck for us. Plus, their prices are great. 2 CF of their potting mix is about $3 cheaper than brands you find at most big box stores. A fantastic find and I will be a long time customer from now on.

The aisles are roomy so you won't find yourself running into plants and squeezing through tiny spaces to get where you need to go. If you have any difficulties finding what you need, the hardworking staff are always friendly and willing to help you. I even witnessed an employee arm and arm with an elderly woman with a cane helping her choose the flowers she liked best. This place makes sure everyone feels safe and cared for. They offer a handful of places to sit and rest if you need, wheelchair accessible ramps, and free water bottles available to anyone who may need it. They should have thrown these out instead of selling food that wasn't fit and ripping people off. I also asked the lady working in the vegetable stand if their produce was organic and she stated it wasn't. I won't buy any foods from the dirty dozen list unless they are organic. I am glad she was honest about it but I am not subjecting my loved ones to the risk of cancer because of pesticide laden food. I think all growers who care about their customers would be focusing on growing foods that are free of toxic pesticides.

This is so important for the survival of bees! Most nurseries cannot make this claim because they don't grow their own plants from seed and don't bother to ask their suppliers.
