Valik has a unique ability to understand the vision of his customer and translate that into a beautiful product. He knew exactly what we were looking for and quickly put together the design we wanted. He gave us a timeline for completion and followed through on it, keeping us updated along the way. I didn't have time to do the repair myself, as I was traveling to Spokane to help care for my grandmother. I searched the Spokane area for someone to complete the repairs with the parts I purchased, while I was in town. Shannon was able to fit me into her schedule quickly, and she was able to complete the work with the parts I purchased. During the test process after the repair was complete, she found that the cable that connected the motherboard to the screen had also been damaged. She quickly ordered a replacement part and installed it. My steam deck is now working perfectly and looks awesome with the new buttons :-) I would 100% recommend Shannon for computer repairs in the future!
