What I do have an…read moreissue with is the level of unprofessionalism that the employees at the site exhibited along with their office employees. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I had an estimate at the beginning of…read moreAugust and was told they could do the work in mid September. By October 5th, I had received no further contact. Called them and received a response that they would get back to me later that day with a date. 5 days later no call. E-mailed them with my concerns and to their credit, they called back immediately and arranged a date for October 11th at 8:00. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this time. Today, no one showed up at my house...even though Beswick were out trimming my neighbour's property at 8:30 this morning. Maybe they went the wrong house? Don't care. Cancelled the contract.
