Avoid at all costs! This is the most unprofessional, incompetent tree service I've ever…read moreencountered. Half the crew didn't even show up, and the ones who did clearly had no intention of doing the job properly. Instead of cutting the branches hanging over public space and into my neighbour's yard (which was the whole point of hiring them), they hacked away at the easy-to-reach interior branches that didn't even need trimming. Zero logic, zero effort. They left a massive mess behind - branches everywhere, no cleanup whatsoever. And when I politely pointed out the obvious problem, they became aggressive and belligerent. They yelled, escalated the situation, and caused such a scene that the neighbours came out to see what was going on. Not a single apology. No attempt to fix anything. Just arrogance and hostility. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this sham of a company. They are not professionals - they're reckless, lazy, and rude. Spend your money elsewhere.
