Their pricing has been fair, they get the work done quickly, and communication throughout the process has always been excellent. We genuinely feel like they've gone above and beyond for us, and it's been such a relief having someone we can trust to get things taken care of. We'll absolutely continue using them for future projects and would highly recommend them!

My wife and I recently moved to Sandpoint, ID a few months ago. During that time, we have had a…read morenumber of...um.... unpleasant experiences with several contractors and "home improvement specialists" while trying to fix up our house. Along the way, though ... we stumbled upon Todd Hegwood with All Odd Jobs. Not knowing what to expect, Todd showed up the first day....ON TIME... dressed for the job...with a positive can-do attitude...and a knowledgeable, steadfast assistant. Almost six weeks later, Todd and Allen have laid hands on almost every major system, every home improvement project....pretty much everything in the house that needed some attention. Every step of the way their work has been flawless. Every time they offer up a solution, they throw in 1 or 4 alternatives. Every time we sign off on a project they give a fair estimate of the time and the material expense. My wife and I truly don't know where we would be right now if it wasn't for Todd and Allen. If we have any concerns...it's that our glowing review might keep them so busy that they won't have time for us. Seriously, if you have work you need done on your home. And you want your projects to be completed with high quality results, in a timely manner and economically...you can do no better than All Odd Jobs. - Ken and Kim Herbst

Thank You Chris. OLD: Chris, I did NOT refuse to pay - I paid. You accused me of trying to stiff you within 1 minute of our phone call because your messages weren't clear. Then you hung up on me while I was simply trying to talk through the misunderstanding. You stated you had all the tools & updated me that you had a guy in the area. You never mentioned having to come to your shop to get the key cut. You apologized via text that you were sorry for essentially being short with me. You never once tried to remedy the issue over the phone though & maybe you were having a bad day. Anyhow, as a potential new customer, you really could've tried to meet me in the middle but you didn't. The accusation and hanging up on me & you don't even know who I am as a person. I'm a giving person with kids/family to raise, but sometimes on a tight budget. All this said, good luck to you!
