Of the Tim Horton's in the Northern Maine region, the one in Presque Isle is the best one to visit. Staff have always been friendly and efficient, the food has always been fresh and they serve the entire menu of drinks. That statement might seem odd but another location south of this one does not serve any hot (other than drip coffee) or blended drinks. read more

I have good memories of Tim Hortons when you could find them more frequently down in central Maine. Some of the aspects about their items are superior to Dunkin. I feel they ran better than this one in particular. The drive thru worker seemed annoyed to be working and had an attitude. They were also out of a large number of items by the time we got here around 9. Asking if we wanted hash browns with our sandwiches then being out and asking if we wanted different side instead. Then we mentioned a couple other and those being gone too. I can understand if they had a rush but service was just poor. In the end sandwiches were quite good and drinks were good but the service and overall experience were very poor! I came through this morning between my stops for work. I ordered a large chai latae. Upon receieving my latae, i find out its really just a cup of milk, they had added little to no mix. so i asked if i could have my drink remade, a different drink or a refund. they said they would get me another chai latae. they bring out a latae with no milk and all mix, half full. I couldnt justify spending 5 dollars on a cup of milk, so they gave me half of what i ordered. and with zero milk... The staff here are so incredibly rude. I had one teen drive through worker yelling homophobic slurs at another coworker and swearing in front of myself and other customers. I thought that maybe it was just an off visit, so I came again a week or so later and the service was still god awful. They were so incredibly rude. I ordered literally one simple drink off the menu (as is, no edits or substitutions), said please and thank you, and the worker yelled at me and got an attitude. read more

Coffee was Luke warm and didn't taste real good. The breakfast sandwich was just ok. Service was good though.

This location has seating in doors and a drive through. The drive through in the morning is busy! Service is great and they also allow you to place phone orders for pick up so you don't have to wait. Donuts and other baked goods are delicious and taste fresh. read more

Three of us went to Tim Horton's on Tuesday. We ordered the new Steak, Egg & Cheese breakfast wrap. Three of them. We had our coffee, and muffin choice, two of us proceeded to sit down since the wraps weren't ready yet, the third stood and waited for the wraps. They made two. One of the waitstaff delivered the third. Not sure who told the cook how to make their breakfast wraps, but it had more red, yellow and green peppers, and some utterly disgusting relish (yes, relish on steak and eggs) on it. It was also "soupy" and caused the tortilla to be soggy, gooey, rubbery. Nonetheless, two of us attempted to eat ours, the third threw hers away after two bites. After we left Tim Horton's, we proceeded to Walmart where all three of us ended up in the restroom with severe diarrhea. Twice. And again immediately on arriving home. The only thing we had alike was the wrap. Coffees were different, muffin was different. So, if you go to Tim Horton's, be extremely careful about ordering their breakfast wraps. Received the worst service here. I had to repeat my order two and three times and they still got it wrong. My daughters soup was missing and my husbands sandwich also never came. When they redid the order, my husbands sandwich still was not right. Besides that, staff was not that friendly and spent most if their time talking to friends that walked in.
