I don't understand why so many low scores? I stop by this store frequently and always get great service. Fast fresh food too. The price might be slightly higher than some chain fast food but the quality is better. The four chews bagel is amazing and was fresh read more

I'm one to usually use this location for a light meeting with a client, and am happy with toe coffee and pastry. Sometimes I'll come in alone for a lunch. The service is generally good - I've not felt any need to complain. It's generally a fast food and no-rush ambiance. That's what I need, and that's what I get. I'm happy to have them in my business neighborhood. I rarely use the drive-in, so have no comments there. read more

Went back after many years of not going. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and a second chance. The eggs are horrid. The english muffin is steamed and soggy. The sausage is flavorless. The bright spots were the average bacon and the average biscuit. (Got the 2 for $6 to give them a fair shot). The latte tastes more like gas station cappuccino. I hate to do this but I don't think I will ever be back again. read more

Polite fast drive through. Im a mini's customer. Coffee made my way is good too. Cost decent. Presentation good. read more

Again, We Don't have Wraps and we Don't have Egg Bits ??? On the Same visit - The Owner needs to look at his Managers because the are doing a Lousy Job! Workers have terrible attitudes and Always Out of things?? Guess I'll go to McDonalds to get my breakfast! read more

I can count on one hand how many bad reviews I've left in my lifetime, and I can't help but say something at this point. I go to this location only because it's by my house and on the way to take my son to school in the morning & it's almost every time the order is either wrong that I notice when I pull away, or it's so poorly thrown together and looks/tastes terrible. If you're going to hire younger staff that's going to have a poor attitude on top of it, at least train them to make the food properly. read more

Tim Hortons - a sausage and egg sandwich - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Fenton, Michigan

I ordered online ..bagel had no cream cheese..coffee had no sugar..but the worst part is the total a-hole at the window with a terrible attitude ..never again .. read more

Food is absolutely not edible. Disgusting!! I ordered a Tuscan chicken panini. The chicken was hard and dry. The bread was just warm and the whole thing just fell apart. It was awful. Not sure who owns this place but it's nasty. I called to talk to a manger and shocker the number isn't in service. read more

Gave this location a 2nd try as i needed fun meeting food for work. stopped by on Wednesday, prepaid, told them i needed it the next morning and they failed to prepare my order. As a neighbor of this location, donuts and coffee are going off the menu as this location is completely unreliable. read more

One of the worst I've ever been too! The coffee is never made to order for me, 1 cream 3 sugars, they sell out on Tim bits and donuts early, and they're skimpy with the sleeves! The only reason this place is busy is because it's the only close location around. The customer service is subpar as well. read more

Such a horrible place. Experienced the teenage staff swearing and using racial slurs while inside the restaurant. I actually emailed the management and never received a response. Super slow and consistently poor quality food. The drive thru parking lot has been riddled with massive pot holes for years. They should truly knock this location down and allow a better managed establishment to move in. Zero stars. read more

Not too big on supporting the huge chains, especially for coffee in Historic Downtown. If you're looking for a mean cup'a joe, head to Bigby's or the French Laundry to keep it local. If you're looking for amazing sweets head right across the street to Cafe Aroma where the selection is off the chain. BUT if you're looking for those irresistible, addictive, dozen-at-a-time Tim Bits, than you can look nowhere else. they also serve the best hot chocolate ($.50 for whip?!). Open 24-hrs read more

Walked in, rude lazy kid at the counter, wanted to buy bagels no clue what kind they have they're stacked off to the side why are they hiding them? So, I get to guess, end up buying whatever...Mr Personality is seriously not happy to be there, he's obviously meant for great thing. I asked for a receipt he gets all pissy and walks off evidently to get rec paper. Mad at myself that I bought anything here... Store is dirty, too many other Timmy Ho's for me to come to this one again. No customer service at all! ICK! read more

Ordered medium earl grey tea with 3 creamer, vanilla flavor shot and Splenda on the side. I got a plain tea after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Is it really that hard? read more

When this location first opened, it seemed the City of Fenton loved and supported it. In some sense, it was a community center. You would see Bible studies, women's clubs, youth sports groups, families, business people, and pretty big lunch crowds. The owner Don and his family, a sweet lady named Debbie, and several other employees made this place such a special experience. The food always looked, smelled and tasted good. The place was kept immaculate. I really looked forward to each opportunity to patronize the business a minimum of 4 times a week. I can not say enough good things about the place during it's first years. I wish I could say it is the same. After my last visit, I sadly am going to have to say it is my last unless something substantial happens to change for the better. read more

Great staff, they are very nice and friendly even if they are a bit slow. I used a "2 small iced cappuccinos for 3$" coupon and she was nice enough to put it into a large cup for me when I asked! My panini wasn't the hottest, but hey it's a sandwich and I'm hungry, I'd rather be shoving a warm sandwich into my face than a scalding one! Before he passed, my grandpa was a regular at this TH's. He'd come here every single morning for his coffee and I totally get why. This is the kind of coffee shop I would come to, service with a smile matters to me above all else! read more

I'm only giving it two stars because when I drove through with my daughter last month they got the order right. Today however I ordered ONE item, a bacon egg and cheese bagel, they were out of plain bagels so got it on a blueberry. The guy repeated my order back to me. Pulled up. Paid..he handed me a bagel wrapped up with no bag, which was a bit strange. Got home, took it out....it was a blueberry bagel with CREAM CHEESE!!!! I mean how the hell do you F - up a single item order when there was not even one other car in the drive thru??? How is that humanly possible for God sake??? Where did their employees work before? The Panera Bread on Silver Lake, who also can't get a drive thru order correct. I mean if the governor is going to order us not to go eat inside can she at least appropriate money to train the idiots who work at these drive through restaurants so they can properly fill an order??? Is that asking too much?? read more

I asked the kid there for a sugared donut, the kind you eat with apple cider. Instead he gave me a pumpkin spice donut. I said, excuse me but I asked for the other donut, you gave me a pumpkin spice donut. The kid swore up and down that he had grabbed the donut I asked for even after I had pointed out he had grabbed the wrong one, and refused to accept the fact that he had grabbed the wrong one. After I had left, I realized, sure enough, it was a damn pumpkin spice donut. After I had told him that was the wrong one, after asking for the right one, he still gave me the wrong item and refused to give me the one I asked for. I don't even know what to say about this. It's not that big a deal, but when I think about it, that's just bad service and I will not return to this Tim Hortons EVER. It was just rude. read more

Today there were nails and debris all over where customers drive (from construction), making for a high likelihood of a flat tire. The employees showed no interest and said there was nothing they could do about it, meaning they are incapable of asking crew to clean up their mess. The manager had a mask hanging down on his chin. This is not a safe place to eat or drive. I hope I don't get a flat tire. They refused to give me the name of the owner. Very apathetic and immature behavior. Perhaps you need some grownups on staff. read more

Nice employees but everytime I go here they are out of almost everything like donuts, croissants, etc. and they don't make the food very well. I believe it's poor training and not making enough food. read more

Worst service ever. I sat in the drive-through during working hours with no response. Pulled up to the window, full staff yet no one was actually working. Unbelievable. read more

My mother has been using this location for months to get her morning iced coffees. A few weeks ago when she received her coffee, she noticed after the first sip something wasn't right. She took off the lid and saw FRUIT FLIES IN HER COFFEE. Let me remind you this was a brand new coffee, so it hadn't sat out all day. She dumped the coffee and had been able to count 6 fruit flies. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable considering this is a RESTAURANT. Whoever made this coffee must not have been paying much attention or just didn't care. She had 4 creams in the coffee so it was light. read more

Horrible service and when they finally got the order correct the food was terrible. I had to go thru the drive thru 3 times until they got my order right. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The first one had no egg in it. Went thru again to get it corrected and ended up with a sausage egg and cheese biscuit so had to go thru a third time and finally got the correct one. This is the LAST TIME I make the mistake of stopping at this location. When the window service guy handed me the third biscuit there was hardly an apology. What kind of people are you hiring here??? Seriously??? This place is a mess!!! read more

Service isnt terrible, my true dissatisfaction with Tims is the fact that they put "Caution HOT" on the side of their cups when in fact Ive never actually received anything other than a luke warm cup of coffee from here. Turn up the heat Tim! read more

The worst drive through service. I ordered a smores ice capp and it was a regular ice cap with the crumbs from a bottom of a graham cracker bag sprinkled on top. I was the only one in line and i waited 10 minutes for them to give me that horrendous cup of fail. Ive also ordered bagels on a separate occasion and the bread was stale. My tip: do not go to this location. read more

We have been going here for years and noticed a slow decline. Now it's terrible!! The workers are usually young and don't know what they are doing. The orders are always wrong, coffee too hot or burnt. They rarely have anything anymore. Way too long to wait inside or through drive through and when you get in the drive through lane you can't get out! There were many, many times I was late because they were so slow. A huge disappointment to see this major decline in service and quality. We don't go to this one anymore. read more

It's like the employees are trying to be incompetent or intentionally lazy, whichever of the two they do a pretty good job at it. I've never had even a mediocre customer service experience here. The coffee or food is either cold or not made properly. They have an absolute lack of hustle when doing anything no matter how busy/ slow or how many are working. It's like all the lame dicks and burnouts went to work at the same Tim Hortons, the easiest job in the world - making coffee and handing out sandwiches. The managers must be oblivious because if they are not they are intentionally running this business into the ground. I would be embarrassed to claim ownership of this business. read more

This is the first and last time I will visit a Tim Hortons. My brother and I got two toasted bagels with cream cheese and he got an orange juice. The total was over 7 dollars, we waited at the counter for 10 minutes before we were greeted, our bagels were cold and not toasted and there was about three pieces of salt on the salt bagel. And the store was nearly empty, so I'm not sure why the service was so poor. I'll stick with Starbucks. read more

Staff have little to no management or leadership support; I've experienced horrible customer service on several occasions. I'm generally a daily buyer but I've been forced to go elsewhere with my business. You can't expect to maintain customers when you never have doughnuts either. You're a coffee shop - well, you're supposed to be. read more

Great Coffee and Great service visit after visits years later. Still a must stop on my way to DTW airport!!

Drive-Thru service is usually quick. Donuts and coffee excellent; inside service seems to suffer at times during busy periods.

Food is good but they never have everything I order and they forget what you do order been here multiple times and this is always the case

Went through here a few times while I was visiting. Decent coffee each time. Two days in a row I ordered a Dark Roast Iced coffee and they told me "we just didn't brew any today". How can you just decide not to brew something on your menu? They did give me an espresso shot in my regular iced coffee which appeased me but this "not brewing" just because stuff should not happen. read more

Tim Hortons - a cup of iced coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Fenton, Michigan

I love this Tim Horton's because its in a quieter location, its very nice on the inside with a fireplace and a quiet place to relax. Only downside is during busy hours there are long lines, and sometimes they run out of certain menu items. read more

Filthy restaurant area and restrooms. killed a mouse in the restroom. Hard to believe they can pass a health inspection.

Just wanted to get a hot tea here today. One guy in line in front of me, he ordered a few things. I noticed the count click for the drive thru. They could care less about walk IN's, like I didn't matter!!! I watched 3 girls cater to drive up, SHAME ON YOU!!!! read more

I love this Tim Hortons! The staff is so very friendly. I go every single day, sometimes more than once! However, occasionally I am up. Sry early and always go to get coffee as soon as I know they are open. They open at 4:00 but sometimes that opening hour is merely a suggestion so off I go to Owen Rd read more

WORST experience ever! They gave our order to another family then were completely confused when I asked where our food was. It took me explaining it three times and another THIRTY minutes before we actually got our food. No apology or extras for our time, just an annoyed employee who screwed up! We were on a tight schedule for our soccer tournament and didn't have an extra thirty minutes to spare so now our entire day is thrown off for a mediocre meal. Even Canada had more Starbucks than Tim Hortons, now I know why!!! read more

Very rude cashier. Took 10 minutes to order four drinks and checkout with no one else in the store. Cashier was so incredibly slow and rude. Very dissatisfied. Didn't even want to order Timbits because she was so rude. read more

I have been going here for 15 years and lately it has gone downhill. I primarily use the drive thru and it takes between 5-10+ mins to get my orders. My orders are wrong most of the time so I have to check everything they hand to me before I drive away. Today I checked everything except my coffee and when I got home, yup, wrong one. The sad thing about that is that it wasn't even a surprise, I've come to expect it. I think it's time for me to check out other places to get our Saturday morning tradition of coffee and donuts :( read more
