Great staff and great service. Always clean and tidy. Food is prepared as asked for. Aim to please and are always polite. Job well done.

Most times the tables are not cleaned especially on weekends. Asking staff to clean tables is usually meet with rolling eyeballs.

It isn't terrible or anything, but use the other Tim Horton's in town. The quality is much better. Hard to put a thumb on why, but it is definitely a thing. Staff is nicer over there, products come out looking better and fresher, and the store is more well kept. They do have free wifi (as does the other, and almost everyplace in town). read more

This place is awful! The food is sub par, but the service is atrocious. If you are in the restaurant you are lucky to get service and then when you do its at least a 5 min wait till someone even begins to make your order (and it is 9 times out of 10 wrong). If you go through the drivevthru there is no politeness from staff, the practically throw your order in your face. I recommend going to the McDonald's across the street their staff are nice and the coffee is better to. read more

I have finally had it with this Tim Hortons! For the last few months, the service has been continually getting worse. Most of the staff are inconsiderate and slow. After today's debacle I will no longer be going there! It started with me waiting 10 minutes while 1 person worked the front counter and 4 employees on drive thru sat on their butts and watched the line get longer. Then after reading a sign that said that their ice cream cakes were on sale to get rid of them (Coldstone is no longer sold) I find out that this is not true, in the most unfriendly fashion possible. To sum up if you want a good cup of coffee and friendly service...go to MacDonald's! It is a real shame though because I have met the Timmie's owner and he seems like a nice guy. read more

So I went in and started to place my drink and food order and I also asked for a ice Water i had been working in the hot sun for 3 hours and I needed something cold to go with what I was going to purchase. I was then yelled at from across the restaurant we don't give ICE WATER any more. I would have bought it! This Tim Horton's has zero regard for what the customer wants at all. If they screw up an order for drive-through, they won't bat an eye at just wrapping it up and sending it out the window because they know you aren't going to check it until later (rather than waiting in line to check your food). The last time I ordered from this timmies, I ordered a four-cheese bagel with plain cream cheese, NOT toasted, with Bacon. The price for bacon rose twenty cents, so I was charged a dollar for it, and when I opened my bagel? The bacon that I paid for wasn't there, and for God's sake it was toasted. Read the order people, and fix your mistakes. This is not the first time, and it definitely won't be the last. You can't settle for poor service in such a competitive industry. read more

Bad service, your lucky half the time if your coffee cups lid is put on all the way or if you get your right order. Been going there for a year and had enough. Boycotting this place all together. Worst tims I've been to in Canada. read more
