Elizabeth is so personable, receptive, and easy to work with. I knew from my initial meeting with Elizabeth, that if I went with her as my photographer I wouldn't have anything to worry about. She went above and beyond and did so well dealing with last minute changes. Day of I changed the timeline and she ran with it. We are so glad we had Elizabeth as our photographer. She provided all of the information about cost, format, etc beforehand with examples of prior photos; discussed background options,etc. The photo session was in her studio where you could easily access the outdoors and have inside photo sessions. It was a comfortable experience. She took many photos and wanted to make sure that you were fully satisfied with your pictures. I am considering coming back for a family portrait at some point. The final results came out roughly a week later with touch ups for any stray hairs, tilted necklaces making the photo a breeze and easier to focus on the overall look rather than knitpick small areas. I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rachelle. The photos of my newborn daughter are stunning, and I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The pictures are truly timeless treasures and I will cherish them forever. Her attention to detail was incredible and she handled my 9 day old baby with such care! Additionally, she was accommodating to our every request. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. If you sign up for their emails you can see how they always have minis and specials which are so affordable. I also follow their Instagram page and they post their offers there as well. I normally book online by choosing an available day that works for us. On the day of our appointment we check in at the front desk and they will take you to their sets next to the front desk. You pick your backdrop and they start taking pictures. My favorite is their holiday headquarters specifically their Christmas sets. They now do instant viewings so you do have to wait after your session and you basically go through the unedited pictures on an iPad. You heart pictures in a love, maybe & no category and basically choose your finals from there. If you haven't tried them yet go check them out!
