Love Tilted 10! We used to have a huge arcade like this years ago but the Rockford area hasn't had anything like this for a long time. Glad they came and filled that void! Great spot for young and old. It's nostalgic for the old farts like me and the kids love it too. It's a nice place and they have everything you can think of: racing games, adventure games, old school arcade games, ticket games, laser tag, bowling, mini golf, and food. Lots of the games are pretty new and high end. They also do birthday parties and other events. The place is kept clean, too. Fun place to go and excited to come back. read more

The place is alright. The food service is good at their mini court. Although if you're sensitive to heat the upstairs is super hot all year round. It's cheaper than round one luckily and if you're local to the area it's connect to a decent mall. For non-locals (like myself) it's fun to visit every so often and right near some great places to eat. read more

We were out of credits after 5 minutes of playing. 3 out of 5 of the machines we tried to play ate our credits and didn't let us play or earn tickets. Where in the world did this come from? RIP Sears, but hello to a giant two floor arcade. With bumper cars. And two mini golf courses. And some kind of maze. And laser tag. And bowling. And a bar! And with a place like this, I'd expect it to be all ticket games. And of course a lot of it is, but I found a collection of classic fighting games (Marvel vs Capcom 2, Street Fighter II Champion Edition), and a DanceRush Stardom ripoff that definitely scratched my rhythm game itch. Malls have been on the decline for years now, decades really, and the arcades have been going down with them. But wow, I am pretty impressed with Tilted 10 and their massive selection of entertainment available. My little nephew had a blast playing kid's air hockey and driving a little submarine, while I spent of a bit of his credits on dancing to Kpop. I've spent lots of time in Cherryvale kind of just sitting around while I wait for my partner to finish her shopping, but now I know the perfect spot to kill some time. the pricing and how the packages work was NOT clear at all. the family fun pack for four specifically. The kids behind the counter, although very nice, did not tell us we had to spend an hour playing the green games before we could use our credits for the other games. we only wanted to spend an hour or so there but ended up spending over two because of this. Also we all know those claw games are a scam but there is no way any of those claws could pick up anything in any machine...except the rings of tickets.The toys at the counter were the typical plastic garbage. we were so impressed with our daughter's birthday party at tilted 10! honest review here we think that this was one of the best places to host a birthday party for kiddos. There's so much to do and there was way more included party package that we even expected. they also provided special gifts and prizes to the birthday child I highly recommend. It took 30 minutes to get a drink and there was only three people in front of me. There were only two bartenders and the main bartender was tending to his coworkers drink after drink which was bs . Bad service I can't believe I tipped them. And the drinks sucked!! read more

This place is AWESOME!!! It has classic games in their best shape with the sound up and far away from other noisy arcades like Street Fighter 2, Mortal Kombat 2, and they have tons of ticket games, shooting games, and more I've never seen before. This place is fun with mini golf , bowling ,and laser tag. The food is good too. My only complaint I have is the arcade machine. I think there is too many claw games on both floors. Which make the games you play very limited. Especially when it comes to racing games. The other thing I like to address is prices on some of the arcade machine , some of them are way to high so you may end up leaving way earlier then you intend to. One of the games is 30 points and if you pay $20 you get around 100 points to spend. That game can take up a good chunk of your points that not even that long. So after you can play about 5 or 6 games that are around 15 points. read more

I don't normally write reviews but I needed to... I don't even want to give this a one star. Today was our first experience at this establishment. Worst experience we've ever had at a place like this. We took family who came in from out of state here. Went up to the bar to get drinks, the bartender took our order which was 2 drinks, asked for ids, then walked away to clean off a table for what seemed like regular customers waiting after we had got there. Cleaned the entire table, sat the other customers down and then walked past us at the bar... so we called him out and said what he did was super rude and asked if he "forgot" about us. He apologized and after almost 10 minutes made our 2 drinks.. paid to bowl for 2 hours, and ordered food as soon as we started bowling, only got to bowl for maybe a half hour if that. Because our lane kept breaking, moved us all to another lane and that one "broke" finally got our food after an hour later. It was ridiculous... all the employees were either rude or running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They need kinder employees and like 30 more of them. My 6 y/o son and I used to go to the Tilt location in Beaumont, Tx a few times months for our Mommy and son date-nights. We recently moved up north after COVID-19 took place. We were so bummed to leave our favorite place behind until I found this location on Yelp. We visited tilted 10 yesterday in Rockford, Illinois and most definitely will be returning! Upon entering the facility, everyone employee was very kind and welcoming. The manager on the top floor even transferred all my sons saved up points (over 9,000) from the Beaumont location to their location to use without any problems, even giving us a few free play points! The games were all new and very clean (disinfectant wipe containers placed throughout studios top and bottom floor), spaced out perfectly for social distancing, and top grade prizes to be one ranging from a Xbox, ps4, and Nintendo console, apple ear pods and watch and so on ( my son chose a razor scooter with half his points). All and all, this place perfect and will be seeing us soon again!! read more

Listen I loved tilt. Me and my bf used to come weekly to play game before having a baby. We just had are sons 1st birthday party there, would I recommend it for a party? NO!!!! Service was horrible! Not worth the money at all. First they put us in the wrong room. So we start unpacking, then have to pack back up and move. The "host" who was supposed to come check on us every 30 min never came back. When we went to see what happened and where she was. We were told something happened with her and they'd send someone to help us.(no came until we were packing up to leave) First of all I feel like they should of informed us of that. We shouldn't of had to spend damn near a hour hunting someone down. Also we only had the room for 2 hours and it took about that long to get the pizza. We pay for play cards and the kids couldn't even play laser tag because there wasn't enough employees. They were negligent and just all over the place. Definitely won't be celebrating anymore parties there. I will be taking my money elsewhere. I feel like giving them 3 stars is generous. read more
