I went there with my respite group. Our caseworker went to buy some black pants, and we were just…read moreminding our own business when this primitive troglodyte of a mall cop came up to us and accused us of stealing. Then this red-haired chick just pointed at me and was like, "IT WAS YOU. YOU STOLE." They refused to back it up with any proof. I offered them to search my bag, and our caseworker asked for video proof, but the staff said that we didn't need video proof because they saw it with their own eyes. When, my good fellow citizens of Kansas, has that ever been sufficient evidence for ANY crime? I have reason to believe that the staff were just discriminating against us because we didn't look well-off enough to shop there. Their claims were totally unwarranted, completely unnecessary, and entirely untrue. Furthermore, they refused us access to video footage evidence merely because they knew they would look like the foolish, patronizing simpletons who had everything handed to them their whole lives that they very much are.

They have really done a good job re-inventing themselves. I primarily focus on kids clothing when…read morehere and they have lots of great price points for their kids clothing. My daughter basically skipped her 3t and went to 4t and coming to old navy helped finding some great boy and girl clothing for her. When checking. Helps with their sales are amazing on off season clothing and you can use rewards at the same time.

The store itself is sometimes cluttered, but I often walk away with some good finds. My one…read morecomplaint about Old Navy in general, though, is its corporate coupon policy for non-cardholders. It's hard to get gotta-have-it deals that lure me into stores as a couponer. When I get coupon codes that are "exclusively" for loyal customers then see that same deal plastered all over the store, I don't feel valued as the loyal customer I am and subsequently feel less inclined to buy anything. There have been two times when I've gone in with codes that I was excited about and ready to buy then got stopped at the counter because I couldn't use them on an item because said item was already on promotion...but a cardholder could still stack 40% off on those deals because, well, they're a cardholder. It nearly made me not want to continue with my purchase, and I may eventually return my purchase as a result. If Old Navy made it easier for its "favorite" customers to get a good deal, my money and I would go there more often.

She updated me on what sales is going on and was attentive to put my clothes in the dressing room whenever I pick up some new tops to try on. She informed me there are no extra smalls in this store. What a bummer! Everything in the store is beautifully displayed and very organized. The children's clothing is in the back next to the dressing rooms. They also have jewelry, purses, and shoes. I finally found something that kind of fit me and was happy with my purchase. Most items are priced in the $30-50+ range. If you follow their facebook page, you can see what promotion is currently going on. They also put together super cute outfit ideas on their fb page. Note to owner: please consider carrying extra smalls so petite people can shop here!

When I walked in the store, I walked by an associate and she didn't even acknowledge me. When I got to the back of the store, I walked by the other associate that was working and she didn't acknowledge me either. Due to the absence of customer service, I left and went to Bling. The second that I opened the door at Bling, an associate greeted me and asked if there was anything I was looking for (which is exactly what you SHOULD expect upon walking into a store). Even though I saw items that I would have liked to purchase at Versona that day, I didn't purchase anything because of the lack of customer service. I did, however, purchase items that day at Bling and I wasn't even planning on going there.
