We went into Hot Topic and the sales person was so kind to her, she helped her find colors, accessories, and even helped her try it on. Though their clothes are not my style, my daughter loves the place, and even when the place is packed they find the time to serve a girl with special needs and help her find that outfit that makes her happy.

It's hard to get gotta-have-it deals that lure me into stores as a couponer. When I get coupon codes that are "exclusively" for loyal customers then see that same deal plastered all over the store, I don't feel valued as the loyal customer I am and subsequently feel less inclined to buy anything. There have been two times when I've gone in with codes that I was excited about and ready to buy then got stopped at the counter because I couldn't use them on an item because said item was already on promotion...but a cardholder could still stack 40% off on those deals because, well, they're a cardholder. It nearly made me not want to continue with my purchase, and I may eventually return my purchase as a result. If Old Navy made it easier for its "favorite" customers to get a good deal, my money and I would go there more often.
