They show up on time, ask me good questions and make sure I am happy all along the process, and they do a great job! If not for the straw laid down to help the grass seed, I would not see any signs of their work due to the cleanup they are careful about. Thank you to Steven, Nate and Brandon for their hard work and kindness all along. I had paving stones similar to my last project, so see the photos for examples. This time the work was in a different area of the yard, and it is covered up with straw so pictures don't do much good. However, trust me when I say it is quality work. I highly recommend Dahl's, but get on the schedule asap as they fill up for the season faster than you would hope.

Initially Rich would respond that there was too much rain, or something came up with his daughter, it was fine at this point and I understood the reasons for the delays. I haven't heard from him in almost 2 weeks, calling him often to try and get an update. I put down a $4k deposit on the project, so I'm growing concerned as to whether he plans to do this project. I've done everything I can to get in contact to either get my deposit back or get the job started, or really get any other update. A phone call takes 2 minutes...and returning the deposit is certainly an option if you don't have the time to get the job done. I'm very disappointed in my experience to this point. UPDATE - Rich responded back shortly after the review. He showed up and did a small amount of the work. After that we started getting the run around again. We are now in the process of requesting our deposit back. I received feedback from a number of other people on yelp that are going through the same thing but haven't posted a review. He is reportedly dodging phone calls from these other people to avoid returning the deposit. Sad sad experience. I highly recommend against giving this company any money unless they agree to do the work first.
