I've been working with Suparna and Dave for about 6 months now via Skype, on understanding and…read morefixing my RSI, and it's really been life changing (or really saved my current job and lifestyle). Her book "It's Not Carpal Tunnel Syndrome" was one of the first great books that I found when I started getting RSI symptoms, but I really didn't even think to reach out until I saw another recommendation online; pointing out that she does have a clinic and does video consultations. I called and had an appointment within a few days. The first appointment was focused on immediately giving me a bunch of stretching exercises and changes on how I work. We then continued to meet monthly and I've continued seeing steady improvements in my RSI. After about 3-4 months, I started working with Dave doing more active physical therapy exercises. It's turned into a pretty big commitment to fix my RSI and I probably wasn't really understanding the timeline or how big this problem was when I started, but I'm really relieved that I found help. Suparna has been really supportive throughout, in providing useful information to help you understand the problem and helping you build better computer usage habits. I'd really recommend reaching out if you are having RSI problems.

Suparna and Beth are two of the only people in this country who TRULY know the ins and outs of…read morerepetitive stress injuries. After 3 years of trying everything I could think of (sans surgery) to cure my chronic shoulder and elbow pain I came upon Suparna's book "It's Not Carpal Tunnel Syndrome" and felt like I finally found someone who knew exactly what I was going through and how to treat it. I called her sobbing, feeling like I'd have to quit my job if I didn't find something that worked fast. She was so kind and so confident that she could help me that I ended up making a 3 week trip from Denver, CO to Allentown PA. The best way to describe her therapy is a mix between physical therapy and deep hands on manual therapy which is meant to break down fibrous tissue that lead to nerve constriction. But don't be mistaken, what she and Beth do is beyond deep tissue massage, they've been honing their craft of healing repetitive stress injuries for close to 20 years. Not only are they great at what they do but both Suparna and Beth have hearts of gold and great sense of humor which is so comforting, especially when you've been dealing with debilitating pain for so long. Even though I have slacked a bit on my exercises since I've been back, I am happy to report that nearly 3 months later I am 80% better. I can hold books again and be at the computer for extended amounts of time with no pain which in the past had been very painful if I did either or these for more than 10 minutes. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is I felt that there should be a bit of a discount or sliding scale for people who go there for over 3 weeks worth of daily treatment since $200/day adds up when you include lodging and food. I was also there when they hadn't yet moved to their new center so I'm sure the cost is now well worth it with all the extra amenities they offer.
