His entire staff are all very welcoming and friendly. From obstetrics care, to gynecology and all things aesthetic (Botox, photofacials, laserhair removal, lipo and more!) Dr. Patton's office is definitely the place to call! I am always bummed when my appointment is over because I want to stay and chat with the office staff! ... A great atmosphere all around! I started going to Dr. Naegele after my gynecologist retired. He is a very soft spoken person and I…read morefeel that he truly is a good man. However, no matter how good a doctor is if his office staff is rude and makes big mistakes it can be a dangerous experience. After having issues with my estrogen prescription several times I posted on my Facebook account asking if anyone else has had the same experience. It was like opening a Pandora's box. Everyone said the same thing. Dr. Naegele's staff make mistakes and then blames it on the patients. Everyone also said that Becky, the nurse that checks you in and takes your vitals is the exception. She is wonderful. Becky you need to get a new office, sweetie.
