My second visit with him to remove a cyst on my ovary when I Told him I wanted to keep my over he said well we could just cancel your surgery... This is an important surgery with a life-threatening result if this is popped. He didn't even give me a chance to explain or try to address my concerns because I was willing to take the risk of an infection if it meant keeping my ovary. he came off cold and rude and dismissive and like he didn't even wanna treat me. On the surgery day he decided to put somebody ahead of me and I had to write two extra hours cause he made sure I wasn't a priority and he eavesdropped on my conversations with my family and tried to get my surgery canceled. he asked invasive questions that wasn't any of his business. after the surgery I was in the Second most pain in my life after giving birth naturally. I was in so much pain I was crying i said 8/10 pain. The oxy I was prescribed wasn't even going to be able to be picked up tonight and they didn't give me any medicine leaving. he also left after my surgery and The nurses couldn't reach him. I had to lie about feeling better because they were going to keep me for 24 hours and refuse to give me pain medicine, they gave me probably the lowest dosage of what they had and it was excruciating having to suffer through that and nobody cared so I had to lie and say I was feeling better so I could go home and get some medicine I was prescribed last year after my septoplasty. i'm going to file a complaint. I was treated like absolute shit, they took part of my body that I wanted to keep in me and was willing to accept the risk of infection for and affected my health for the rest of my life with my estrogen dropping 50%, they forced me to be in unbearable pain and were mean to me and denied me healthcare when I asked to keep my ovary in my body thay couldve resulted in my death if left untreated. he also very poorly closed the wounds on my stomach. in short he belittled me, was mean to me, intentionally made me suffer, sexually assaulted me, and stole my ovary, and permanently negatively affected my health.

However, no matter how good a doctor is if his office staff is rude and makes big mistakes it can be a dangerous experience. After having issues with my estrogen prescription several times I posted on my Facebook account asking if anyone else has had the same experience. It was like opening a Pandora's box. Everyone said the same thing. Dr. Naegele's staff make mistakes and then blames it on the patients. Everyone also said that Becky, the nurse that checks you in and takes your vitals is the exception. She is wonderful. Becky you need to get a new office, sweetie.
