This grower sells Valencia oranges, a daisy and golden nugget mandarins, oro blanco grapefruits, and pomelos, which are my normal purchases here. It is difficult to shop at farmers' market these days as the days of trying samples before buying are gone. So are the options of picking your own fruits and vegetables. He still allows me to bag my own mandarins and oro blancos since he knows that I will buy whatever I touch. A good indicator of a vendors' produce quality is the amount of wholesale purchases that he or she makes. The stacks of boxes that are curbside are usually stacked up high on Saturdays as resellers and restaurants come to pick up their orders. He is the only stand that sells fresh, locally grown passion fruits. He does accept credit cards too in case you are cash light. One of my must stops especially during mandarins season.

I got a huge box of organic produce for $30 which included kale, collard and mustard greens, carrots, beets, onions, leeks, rosemary, mint, red and green cabbage, celery and many other things that I can't remember off the top of my head.
