Their silver chains are not overpriced - which they could be, because if you've committed to the charm, you've likely already decided that the cost of the chain doesn't matter all that much. But, it's better quality than Walmart at a very similar price. And, with far more options. They have a number of different designs they rotate through, and there have been some that I wanted but didn't get at the right time. Sometimes I see what I want on a necklace, but as earrings. Though, I suspect I could just make a request? That said, there's always been something else that caught my eye. It makes a great memento of Canada, and the North. Their windswept trees are superb designs. And if you want pirate rings? Yeah, they have them, too.

Most of the yarns are of a major brand type not the local yarn hand dyed variety that I am more inclined to appreciate. Brands that you may find include Malabrigo, Noro and Louisa Harding. I noticed that patterns and needles are more of mainstream variety. The store is well organized and lots of space. The staff appeared friendly and willing to be helpful. If you live in the area and you have no other choice this store will be fine . But I would not drive out of my way to check this particular store if you're looking for your yarns dyed by local artisans. They do appear to have a good selection of buttons and all accessories you require for knitting.
