After considering options, I selected Your Junk Remover for the work based on reviews and pricing, and Joe's professionalism. Overall the value, professional demeanor and friendly can-do attitude was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Joe and team if you need junk removed. One of their competitors (who shall remain nameless; let's call them Noname Junker) cancelled my estimate appointment day-of, after texting and calling me that morning. All that after I had confirmed the date weeks in advance. I guess I wasn't worth Noname Junker's time and they really didn't want my business. My experience with Your Junk Remover was all but the opposite of that story--Joe sent me a quote after inspecting the work, we kept in touch over text, and we easily scheduled the removal at my convenience. I'd hire him again if I had more junk.

There wasn't any explanation on how the charge of my job will be done. No rate sheet was given to me. The owner Jay charged me for a lot of things that wasn't done on the job, when I called him to dispute the extra charges he was very rude and demanded that I pay the bill that he typed out or he threatened to put a lien on my house for any unpaid services. My end result of the job left me with a lot of half ass work performed. There wasn't any attention to detail of work performed but I was charged for numerous ridiculous amounts for poor quality work done. I want this place to be out of business for good so Jay the owner can't screw over anymore honest everyday hardworking people like myself. My advice is get an Adjuster and don't deal with this scammer.

I replied as soon as they can. She replies they are Pembroke pines and they will be there after the Job they are at. So I thanked her for letting me know.
