It's located on one of the main arteries through town (Old Highway 14/Hoffman Drive/Oak St.) and just west of downtown. There's a decent amount of parking, but the area around the gas pumps is a little too cramped for me. I have little experience with the gift shop and pharmacy, but the pharmacy does have a drive-through window! Outside the gift shop is an area that sells potted and hanging plants. Inside there's a small eating area between the gift shop and convenience store. The convenience store is fine, but the only thing that really stands out to me is the variety of drinks. I like places that have a lot of oddball brands and flavors. On my last visit I got a can of Lift Bridge Cream Soda, and the flavor was 'mini donut'. It was strange, but it was also very good, and very mini donut-y. I've always found the service to be friendly. I rate this store above average for having the most amount of services of all the similar local places.

They had the larger bottles of water for $1.25 each. Additionally, they have snacks, souvenirs, hair care, skincare, Tylenol, greeting cards, puzzles, books and magazines. Everything is very appropriately priced. I just didn't notice a lot of trial sized products, everything was full sized. If you happen to need something in Rochester, the Eagle Store will likely have it.

Readers, you will find many pieces that are wonderful for yourselves and also as gifts. We do think that gifts can be found for about anyone. Loads of fun stuff and no junk. That does not imply expensive, it means that it's a pleasure to browse and shop in this friendly shop. Northfield is better for this shop. Stop in, you'll not regret it.

I spotted Love From Minnesota as I was sitting at Caribou Coffee, which is steps away. After finishing my drink, I paid this store a visit. I like a store that also has Rochester items. I liked the tea towel that pinpointed where Rochester was. When you mention Rochester, most folks think of the city in New York. Nope, that Rochester doesn't have the Mayo Clinic like the one in Minnesota does. There were Christmas items on sale, from socks to ornaments. The pine cone hedge hogs with Santa hats were adorable! There were plenty of sweatshirts and apparel flaunting the state. I loved a geode in state form. It was cool. It also has general gift items, such as punny gnome socks. I spent quite a bit of time browsing everything. I may have to go back and get the cork coaster set that declares one's love for Minnesota. It seems fitting that I should have them. I had a good browsing experience. I'd come back again. (27)
