Duane was easy to reach and easy to schedule. I called on a Monday and he was able to get the hitch and install it that same week on Wednesday. He came out to my house as scheduled. He brought a bike rack which turned out to be exactly what I was looking for (tray-style), and it was much more reasonable than the one we had considered purchasing, so we decided to add that, too. Very easy process, reasonable price, excellent work, and a super nice guy! I've already given his card to my friend who is looking to get a hitch, too. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a used Pontoon boat with an I/O motor. As you learn when you buy a used boat,…read moreyou are going to need maintenance. It is very hard to find people you trust to do the work. It is also difficult to find someone to work on an I/O motor. I can't say enough wonderful things about a couple of Pier 36's boat mechanics (Caleb and Daniel). I could tell the minute I met Caleb that he knew what he was doing and had lots of experience. I needed my bellows replaced and he took the time to make sure everything was fine with my boat after the work was finished and we put it back in the lake. He even called me a couple days after he did the work to make sure everything was okay (great customer service in my opinion). Caleb and Daniel also replaced my ignition switch because the starter was engaging when I switched from forward to reverse which caused a terrible grinding noice. Caleb also adjusted some cables and now my shifter lever is smoother than ever. I am very pleased with the service I have received and I highly recommend Pier 36
