Well, I know it was my fault really, but I left my I-phone in the cab, and noticed that I did so in about 20 minutes. Called them and asked them to talk to the driver as soon as possible. They really didn't do that when I asked them to do it. And by the end of the day when the driver finally got the message, his version of looking for it was to glance to the back sit.
And when I called again later asking about it, they didn't really understand what I was saying and asked me to call the next day. My husband thought they didn't understand me and called again, just to make sure they would ask the driver to take a better look. They asked my husband to stop harressing them.
Well, the I-phone was lost, but they were the only company I used, so they lost me as a customer. I changed to another company, Lex Cars, and what a difference, all the drivers are very polite and the cars are all nice.
