I was told they would get to it soon but that I had to get out of the long line of other angry customers waiting for theirs. After going to the back of the 8 person line I waited another hour while watching others not get their orders or staff not being able to find their prescriptions and asking them to step out of line. I mentioned that my order has been in house now for 4 hrs and that this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I was told that I wasn't breaking her heart by saying that. Terrible place. I'll never return which will cost the grocery store some business too. They just don't care.
