The instructor cueing keeps your mind occupied the whole time and I love the challenging workouts! Don't forget to wipe off your equipment at the end of the workout. Seems like they have lots of fun workout events and celebrations throughout the year. I only wish I lived in town so I could get a membership and come all the time. However, the first class I had with Nathan was incredible. This place is not only an excellent facility--spcaious, clean, lots of equipment, circulation--but the coaches...it's the coaches for me. My technique in squats, snatches, kipping pull-ups and even rowing improved tremendously. I can't say enough about Nathan, Autumn, and Aubrey. They really break down the movements to help you improve all-around. It's also a gym for everyone--age, fitness level, etc. There are three tailored levels for each workout, which for me is very helpful as I'm often in the middle. The classes weren't too crowded, either, but I'd bet it can get quite busy during the semester. I was proud to call this place home for over 2 months and will definitely be returning whenever I'm in town!
