I know the reason is because of a girl that was my friend at least I thought it was my friend for a few weeks when I found out was a stone cold drug addict. I had to call the police and my parents along with my dad's arm, security officer friend to remove her from my home and while we were getting along while I was taking my medication. A picture of my pill bottle from behind me so I couldn't see which this ex friend had admitted over text message so Christy fire me as a patient and tapers me down off of 3 mg of Klonopin that I have been taking for at least the last 3 to 4 years and yes, I was a regular patient for a minute there I had several sudden deaths family, which I needed slightly refills for then from there and now for a very long time up until she fired me never asked again. She even started to get to the mad at me when I would get a recommendation from another doctor which you can get a recommendation from a darn commercial telling you to ask your doctor if this medication is right for and she would get mad and say I was seeking out help from other doctors and hated the fact that I was just asking a simple medical question or tapering off of 3 mg of Klonopin in 28 days is her plan. I am midway through that. And I am having severe withdrawal symptoms. I talk to my pharmacist. The pharmacist said I need to talk to my doctor now the prescribing doctor. Which is kristie Yakura and her response was that if I asked her for another, which please note I have not asked for any refills yet on this prescription because I was only about three weeks in as of now, but she said if I ask her about another refill on the prescription that she was going to have charges filed on me for menacing the Doctor Who put me on this medication and I am having complications with my taper pretty much told me that she is going to file charges on me not pretty much did straight up say she was going to file charges on me if I ask for help from her again this woman has gone downhill. Her eyes are all sunk into her head, an acquaintance of mine, left her practice because that she couldn't even remember the medication she was on several times and she even overdosed me. Luckily, I caught it at the pharmacy but overdosed me on a antidepressant actually these messages over the last few months of problems I've been having with her to pharmacist and other medical professionals, and they all say the same thing sometimes even the professionals start dipping into the sauce a little bit what she's doing to me is completely inhumane. I will literally have these fits or I will just fish flop on my bed a few times restless leg syndrome all day long to a point for my. It has a constant Charlie horse and in the email I even asked her if whatever issue she has with me which I still can't figure out because I get monthly drug tests, which I have passed everyone random drug tests. I have passed everyone. Random pill counts. I have passed everyone. I don't know what more to do here. I think I'm going to have to file a complaint to the border health. I can attach the photos of her threatening the menacing charge on me, which I told her was extremely unprofessional, and I can bite right back in so many words so please pray that my next psychiatrist that I have which is a lot younger of a doctor but still enough experience does a lot better job than threatening a patient that is going through nasty I hope people can respond to this. Never go to the psychiatrist. I am having to use money out of my own pocket. To take action to make sure that no medical patient is ever treated this way by this PRN again. Also in this message. Once asked her to slow down my taper until now this woman needs to have her medical license taken away.

He always remembers me and makes me feel very important. I really liked that he took time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The Cincinnati Anxiety Center is also multifaceted based on their client's needs. They utilize only the best and clinically approved, state-of-the-art technology. And I could probably write a book about evening they have to offer, but go ahead and just look them up online to find out all of their services. Mostly, for me, they care. Nurse Daniel has a very warm, and compassionate demeanor so I was instantly comfortable with him. He is the first health professional to actually see me, hear me, and validate me. I feel like an incredible weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I'm finally able to begin the healing process because of Nurse Daniel. They were in a hurry to place me on medication while not assisting me in addressing other barriers of life I was experiencing at the time- housing and food insecurity. I was not informed that there was an onsite Social Worker. She wasn't very helpful with these either. When I decided to depart the Social Worker said she would attempt to link me with another therapist- it never happened! The one good thing was they provided transportation for clients. Needless to say I still don't have a new therapist yet and still dealing with untreated depression and anxiety.

Staff frequently do not answer the phone, making it very difficult to communicate with my daughter or obtain basic updates. I have also had difficulty receiving consistent information about her treatment and progress. As a parent, I believe families should be kept informed about the care their child is receiving. I was also told that individual therapy is not being provided, which is very concerning given the purpose of her placement. There also appear to be frequent fights among the residents, raising serious concerns about safety and supervision. Another major concern is that the facility appears to be consistently short-staffed. This makes me question whether there are adequate personnel available to properly supervise the residents and provide the level of care they need. I am especially concerned that the facility is attempting to release my daughter before she can be admitted to the residential treatment facility that has already accepted her. Her residential placement is already in place, but the bed will not be available for another four days. Rather than waiting those four days for the appropriate placement to become available, the facility is refusing to keep her until the bed opens. I do not understand why she would be discharged without a safe and appropriate transition to the residential program that has already been arranged. Releasing her before that placement is available could leave her without the level of care and supervision that she needs during this transition. As her parent, I am extremely concerned about her safety, continuity of treatment, and the lack of communication from the facility. I am asking that these concerns be taken seriously and that the facility provide a clear explanation of the proposed discharge plan, why they are unwilling to wait for the already-arranged residential placement, and what safeguards will be in place if they proceed with discharge before that placement is available.

The psychiatrist we saw on an out patient basis ended up refusing to continue to see my daughter because she had drug issues. She would not follow all of the psychiatrists prescriptions and would take her own meds on the side. This is a drug addiction issue, something not uncommon with mental health patients, yet the psychiatrist's response was, I can't see you any more. She has since left Linder. On two occasions Linder recommended residential programs out of state, neither of which were appropriate. She ended being removed from both. It would seem they are unable to know if an outside center is a good fit or not. From the outside, it's quite impressive. However, I did not get the sense that this is a top facility. Should you be interested in Sibcy House, for further diagnostic purposes, you will be told that you will pay up front, $50k for thirty days residential, and they do not accept insurance, but will help you with applying to your insurance company. What exactly do they offer for $12,500 a WEEK? Their schedule reveals yoga, group therapy, music therapy, as well as testing. People who consider places like Sibcy House are desperate. Parents will pay anything for their mentally ill child. And they are there to charge for it. I would strongly suggest they go into great detail about what, exactly they are offering for your $50k. Read the reviews here. Their services appear to be lacking. And read their responses to reviews "We are so sorry for your feelings. Did you contact our patient advocate?" Their marketing is more important than their care. They take advantage of those in desperate need. All that said, and it's obviously not positive, the other options in greater Cincinnati are much worse. Perhaps someday we'll have a top diagnostic and treatment center for mental health in Cincinnati. It's sad that we don't.

As I tried to get used to life at the center I was confused constantly. No windows, no clocks, no way to know where I need to be or when. I accidentally stayed in my room too long as I had no clue what time it was or the schedule and in result got screamed at 'to come out now' and threatened. I cried! I was terrified already and this idiot staff screamed at me over being late to damn lunch. It was ridiculous. I hope you can learn from this as other than this awful incident I was treated well and respected. But seeing how all the staff just allowed that woman to scream at me without even reacting was disgusting.

He is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Chicago. This simply means that he is unable to provide prescription medication therapy.
