In all honesty folks - this is not my "cup of tea" at all :(. Mrs G wanted to go and se hi we did…read more Totally over the top decor, foo foo on steroids. We were seated, given menus and waited, and waited, and waited. So I targeted a member of wait staff behind the counter (was king tea pots as far as I could tell) and asked her to send someone our way. A few minutes later we are served. It is early afternoon, not busy, plenty of empty tables so there is no excuse for the long wait. We decided against the cream tea and went with more lunch-like items. Essentially sandwiches and a lot of tea each. Not bad, not memorable, over priced. 1 thumbs up (for Mrs G). Will I go again if I don't have to? No. Will I grin and bare it? Yes. Will I show Mrs G this review? No I guess my 3 star is 4 star for Mrs G and a grudging 2 star from me! Review #84 2019

It offers an extremely comprehensive range of products. Staff in the outside area can be hard to find but there are knowledgeable staff available if you need advice as I did when selecting a fruit tree for my garden. The level of customer service is high, I was surprised to discover that if you buy a heavy bag of fertiliser or compost it will be taken to your car on an electric carrier! So all in all a recommended place to go for garden supplies and products.
