We stood outside trying to figure out what we should do with the dog but a gentlemen came out and told us they were dog friendly. He was very kind and welcoming. We stepped inside and the ambience was so inviting. It was like a cozy library. They had a gluten free cookie option, muffins and other treats along with of course tea and coffee. I'm very glad I went with a size down because the leather stretch a bit. Perfect fit, yet snug where it won't rub on my heel. I bought cute slippers from here as well, about two years prior. Love them too, but couldn't go a size down because then my heel would go off the end. I continue to wear them even though they're a bit big on me now. I asked if she could give me a run down on what tools I would need to put a design on the leather and she showed me the basics and told me a bit about how to use them. We looked at lots of things, but I never felt pressured to buy everything she showed me or like I was being "upsold." I left feeling confident and prepared for my project.
