The selection is large and is in-par with the bigger Best Buy stores. This company is a success story, mainly that it was able to grow from a one man store to the electronics powerhouse that it currently is in Finland. If you live in Finland and need to buy a new computer, TV etc, this place is ok, but as a tourist I'd skip the Finnish market altogether.

The sales person, a young man with beard just handed over a Resurs bank flyer and asked me to apply by myself when I asked about paying installments. I informed him I am a repeat customer with Gigantti membership and I bought several items worth several thousand euros from the same store. When I bought 98 inch TCL a Gigantti official applied and passed the loan on my behalf. Unfortunately we did not receive the same service this time. He did not even open to check my membership page! Please check my buying record with Gigantti. And Gigantti should let me know directly if Gigantti does not need customers like me. Thank you. Other than that, Walley financing is the only other option that we provide in store. If you order online, you can use Klarna to finance your purchase. I am usually a big fan but this store is not great as it is a bit maze and difficult to navigate. The assortment is the same as elsewhere but here I often struggle to find things and that includes staff to ask where stuff is.The best bet is to locate one of their computers and search for it and then go by shelf number. Still the concept is great and it is affordable so if in Helsinki and in need of some random stuff for your home this is the place to go.
