To all the patients at North Jersey Orthopedic. Please beware of their billing practices. I…read morereceived a bill for a $10 co-pay for a doctor visit with Dr. Jonathan M. Archer in the Closter NJ office on 5/10/24. I have been at this office for 3 times in recent years. Each time, the co-pay is collected at the time you check in. I called the Teaneck billing office to explained to them the co-pay was paid, but I no longer has the receipt because it's almost 2 years ago. There wasn't anything the woman at the Teaneck office can do for me. I sent the statement (without a payment) back along with a written letter explaining my situation. That didn't resolve my issue because I had received another bill this month. I called the number 201-744-2894 on the bill and explained my situation. The gentleman I spoke with said that I must show prove that I had paid. He is not allowed to make any adjustments. He said if I don't pay, it will go to a collection agency. Bottom line is, they don't care to resolve your billing issue. They just want their money. Lastly, I was informed by them, they can bill you up to 7 years after service was done. So hold on to your receipts up to 7 years.

I can't begin to describe how excellent my experience was with Dr Myslinski. I am a physician who…read morewas having issues with leg pain for 6 months that I initially "self diagnosed" as piriformis syndrome. On my first visit to Dr Myslinski, she did a complete history and extensive physical exam, and came to the conclusion that I had a spinal issue and ordered an MRI. Within 72 hours of the MRI result I was in the OR having a semi-emergent laminectomy due to severe spinal stenosis which was likely present for the last 6 months. I am currently free of my original leg issue, but I will be following up with Dr Sue to have my other back issues treated. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them

I have gone to a number of different chiropractors over the last 20 plus years. With each one, I…read morewould ask questions about what I could be doing to in my routines that might be causing my issues. I would also ask what stretching and or exercises I could perform to help my problem spots between chiropractic visits. While all my previous chiropractors were good people, I did not feel they were prepared or really wanted to answer my questions and that it was over and above the service they were providing. Their service was largely to do a quick adjustment and see me in a couple of weeks for the next adjustment. In my first visit with Dr. Sue, as part of the exam she asked me detailed questions about my routines - work wise, what I did in the gym, how I slept. She was asking me the questions I would struggle to get answers from prior chiropractors and questions I had yet to think of. She is not simply crack and see you at the next appointment. She gave me specific stretches and exercises to do between appointments. I highly recommend. Most recently, I was out of the gym for the better part of a year due to lower back pain. I was seeing a different chiropractor during that time. After seeing Dr. Sue, I am back in the gym and making progress. I now have an understanding of what caused my pain and how to address it. I am confident I will be able to continue performing my new stretches and exercises and the occasional visit to Dr. Sue when I feel like it need it.
