I unexpectedly checked in to find 2 women on their knees with toothbrushes. No steam cleaning equipment as noted on his contract. He said he would refund for the jobs not done andclaimed he sent a check several times. This was last October! Carpet was not cleaned at all. The black bicycle track was still there. I was able to wipe with a cloth and clean it off! He is not a painter, either. Tape left up and I have a blue line of old paint at the ceiling. Pretty much a nightmare ! Very professional act but like the other gentlemen stated. ..questionable business practices. I felt bad that the realtor recommended him. He cast a bad light on her too. Warning!
