This was a totally empty house we just had renovated and all it needed was the shelves and baseboards wiped down and one bathroom cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned, kind of, and that was all he accomplished for $220. I really wish I had told him we would just stop the clock and he needed to actually go clean what he had been working on, but in the end I just told him he should go. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, find someone else. I think the previous reviews are faked, seriously. EDIT: Patrick called me almost a month later, I thought perhaps to apologize or make it right. Instead he was very confrontational and then he sent me a text message saying, "If you don't remove the review your [sic] going to have deal with William Baker." He then continued texting me and threatening me. Saying, "Okay Valerie now your [sic] going to have deal with me in person" and, "Take the review down or William is going to be all up your business. Make it a priority." And finally he threatened to put unrelated bad reviews up about my property on VRBO, saying, "Okay then I will put bad reviews about you on VRBO."
