I'm naturally attracted to merchandise that can be used to store stuff. At the same time, Gayle would advise that I buy less "stuff", thus minimizing any further container purchases. So here I was in West Des Moines, primarily to look for luggage at REI. And much to my pleasant surprise was this Container Store, just an easy stroll away. Until we got a flyer in the mail for closets by design. It said 40% off and free install, we thought for sure the quote would be just high but it was a free quote so why not? They were able to give us exactly what we wanted! I was VERY particular and poor Tom stayed with my vision no matter how off the wall it was or now many small tweeks I made. Before, we said our closet just didn't look like it belonged in our custom home....now it fits perfectly! With Military discount and the flyer it and even my upgraded rods, it came in fully installed just under $2,500. We only had one hiccup the whole way and it was corrected within an hour. We decided to reached out to K&B for some closet organization. Eric was the one in charge of our project and he did everything from the quote to final install. We were very happy with the planning, design, communication, and install that Eric with K&B was able to provide for us. He was prompt with replys, clear when communicating, and thural when installing. I do not see us going anywhere else for future projects.
