I believe I originally spoke with the owner of the company to get the quote and I asked if we could communicate by text as I was coordinating this service from a different state/time zone. The pricing was right for us because of the seasonal discounts and more importantly, I believe they were confident in their service and wanted to earn the repeat business (a great sign of a quality service). I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. He has lived alone for a year now and has had caregivers to maintain the cleaning for him, but a deep clean was needed to turn over the fall season. Cornelia was dedicated and somehow managed to get the bathroom clean (I was about to just replace the toilet and she salvaged it!). I would not hire this company. They provided an unprofessional service for a professional price…read moretag. For $250 they will come and do the bare minimum 'cleaning' in about 2 hours. I paid for a deep clean/spring clean for my tiny 2 bed/1 bath that's less than 1200 sq ft. They didn't even pick up the hangers and clothes lying in my kids closet much less dust the baseboards or clean behind the beds and night stands. There were socks visible behind my daughter's bed. I gave them the chance to make it right and they said they would come back and clean what they missed. As if I have time to hold their hand and show them everything they didn't clean. If I had that kind of time I would clean the house myself. Which is what I ended up having to do anyway. Save yourself the time and the money
