I called to complain but the lady who answered the phone said she is just answering the phone, and she cannot do anything except apologizing. The Number I called is 252 297 8900 I was scheduled for free estimates today at 9.30 AM with Tech Brandon R. then I got a text he will be coming at 10 AM then at around 10 AM he called and made a lame excuse that he went to the wrong address, and he is about an hour away from me, and it will take him an hour to get to my place. I asked what time he would come he said around 1PM so one hour turned to be 3 hours. Then he said he will give me an estimate without seeing my project and why I am not so happy it is free estimates.
