There were stains, crumbs, and even slime packed into the rear seats that he was able to remove. Overall time took about 2-3 hours and was priced reasonably. He will update you throughout the process. I highly recommend and definitely will use services in the future. My only regret is I didn't do it sooner.

I had booked online for an interior detail, they were in contact to ask if there was pet hair in the vehicle and notified me that it would be $23-$35 extra. It ended up being $75 extra. If this extreme jump in price had been communicated I probably would not have chosen this detailer. But again, he did do a great job. After he left the car was dead because the batter had drained during his time detailing it. I had called him to see if he could give the car a jump and he said he couldn't and refused to take responsibility for draining the battery (how else was it dead after 90 minutes of detailing with the doors open?). Now, a day later, the car has to be towed by AAA to get it to start again. Great work, bad business.

They will tell you up front that they charge extra for dog hair cleanup -- it's a sliding scale based on how much hair cleanup is required and they are very fair and reasonably priced for all of there services -- and they come to your location-- what's not to love!!!
