I was told over a dozen times that it would be ready the next day. Next day, it wasn't ready and no one answers the phone. No reasons, just not ready. Just one more trip over there! At least we have our car & it is repaired. Insurance paid for repairs & 30 days rental. They were responsible for the balance. Their work is good.
