Yet, it seems the constant positive is whenever people interact with "Dennis." I knew when he was the one who responded to my e-mail inquiry, I was starting off on the right foot. From the e-mails to the phone calls, pleasant and personable demeanor - and never seemed bothered. Conveniently was able to drop off the vehicle the night before, using their key drop, as they needed it all day for their 'Full Service' package. Now they did have their work cut out for them when it came to detailing this car, as you can see by the pics. This is the wife's daily driver and she used to have apologize before people got in it. LOL. When she picked it up, she was elated and stated that she "couldn't stop smiling." Honestly the pictures don't do it justice, it looks like a brand new car. The only thing that was possibly overlooked was it seems that the headliner wasn't cleaned. Also, moving the shifter it seems there was gunk underneath that could have simply been wiped. But this is minor, especially with what they had to work with in the beginning. Not to mention, Dennis went above and beyond when it came to the wax job. Something I didn't even complain about. Customer service is definitely his forte and he definitely pulls out the stops to make sure the customer is happy. You may pay more than some random you may find on social media, as those randoms don't have to pay building overhead costs. Yet, you will definitely get quality and being able to get your car taken care of as they can detail your vehicle out of the elements, is definitely a plus.

It printed out my receipt. It has a scan code on it so I figured that's what would be used as no one came out to hand me a sticker. Most places do. I come back through the second day and someone comes running out as the machine is not working and tells me that they have to place a sticker on my car. I express wondering about that yesterday. The gentleman says that he has to place the sticker on my tinted windows I say inside or out as tint is on the inside; I asked him where it was needing to be placed. He said oh on the outside and the direct center near the top. I said I wouldn't have an issue with that, but it doesn't touch my tint, tint is inside . The issue was that it covers my sensors for safety. I can't allow you to put that on my vehicle, it's still under warranty as well so I'm not going to do anything that would jeopardize my sensors safety or driving warranty. The girl gave me a blue clipboard with a sheet of paper that asked for everything but my children's names it was very extensive and invasive more so than signing up for the membership. She asked for my information and states that I'll get a refund. I paid 34.99 for a subpar wash I've only gone through once at sign up- they offered to refund it since I can't use it every month because I can't have a sticker.. I filled out all the paperwork can never get anyone on the phone still haven't gotten a refund and they keep telling my bank that they refunded me, but there's no refund in my bank on my voicemail. I called this week and now the voicemail is disabled.

I didn't have any issues the first few times but on the 4th or 5th carwash my passenger side mirror was abruptly folded back and scraped quite badly. Completely gut wrenching as it's a newer car and was in perfect condition. I filed a damage report with the attendant who was working but unfortunately he isn't the manager so couldn't do anything more then take some pictures. I was told that the manager would call within two days. Obviously that didn't happen. I've stopped back in and was told the manager isn't ever there and I couldn't be given any contact information for him. I was also informed by an employee that this is a common theme. I don't know why I even have faith in people to do the right thing anymore. It seems like I'm always disappointed. If you can get away with not doing the right thing then why bother right?
