We've had mediocre and bad management companies in the past 17 or so years since we moved from Grants Pass to another part of Oregon. Being absentee owners can be a challenge! Jan has truly been a breath of fresh air! My wife and I are very "hands-on" when it comes to our rental properties, i.e. we want to make sure the properties and the tenants are well taken care of. Jan goes above and beyond when it comes to communication; explanation of the current Landlord/Tenant laws in Oregon; handling vendors/contractors with maintenance and repairs; marketing of the property, and basically has gone above and beyond our expectations! She has taken the worries out of being an absentee landlord and we can't say enough good things about her! We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who want s property management company that provides excellence, quality, and concern all in one place!

If you're looking for the best real estate agent in Southern Oregon--especially if you're buying an…read moreinvestment property or multifamily real estate--look no further than Elle Powell. I've worked with a lot of professionals over the years, and Elle is one of the most impressive advocates I've had on my side. She helped me search for and evaluate dozens of multifamily investment properties throughout Southern Oregon. We wrote multiple offers before finding the right opportunity, and through every step of the process she remained patient, strategic, and completely focused on helping me make the right decision--not just closing a sale. What sets Elle apart is that she is never pushy. Instead of trying to steer me toward a purchase, she consistently provided balanced, honest, and pragmatic advice. She wasn't afraid to point out potential issues or tell me when she thought a property wasn't the right fit, even if it meant more work for her. That level of integrity is rare. When it came time to negotiate, Elle was absolutely relentless. She is a fierce advocate for her clients, incredibly sharp in negotiations, and knows exactly when to push and when to be strategic. She's fast, responsive, exceptionally detail-oriented, and always seemed several steps ahead throughout the transaction. Having someone this knowledgeable and cunning representing your interests gives you a tremendous advantage. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned real estate investor, or looking to purchase multifamily or commercial investment property in Southern Oregon, I can't recommend Elle highly enough. Her market knowledge, work ethic, professionalism, communication, and commitment to her clients are second to none. The best compliment I can give is this: when you're negotiating and the stakes are high, you want Elle Powell sitting on your side of the table. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again and will recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent in Southern Oregon.
