"The technicians who came to do the job were always quick and seemed professional. Sometimes we wondered if they were too quick, but we had no way to tell. I appreciated being alerted ahead of time when they were coming so I could coordinate with gardening work. I also appreciate that their formula is natural, since a fast-moving brook runs through our property, and we want to avoid contaminating it. We are surrounded by woods and had many ticks the previous year before we hired Tick Ranger, but we really did seem to have fewer this year, and that was great. With woods behind house and much wildlife traffic in yards, tick ranger is a great relief from ticks and comfort that we are less likely to have to deal with rick related issues in our yard and home. I am very pleased with this service. They give you advance notice when they are coming. I have not had any problems with ticks. We have a large yard with woods all around. My son would just walk around for 2 minutes and on his way 3-4 ticks would make their way to him. Called Tick Ranger, not expecting a big difference.
