Due to space constraints it's built upwards instead of outwards - which means that you have to go up and down several escalators. My friend was very excited for the M&M bar in the snacks area, you can fill a cup with about a dozen different colors and kinds of M&Ms. I loved that they kept the feature from the old Pathé in Arnhem of the two-person 'love seats', where you can snuggle with a friend or boy/girl-friend on a comfortable sort of couch seat, without that annoying arm rest in the way!

When I first saw a movie here half way through it stopped and I thought that was how they were ending the movie. I was outraged!! Then I found out it was an intermission since it was a long movie... odd.. in the US we just sit through the 3 hours lol they also have one heck of a snack bar option with tea and coffee in tea cups and stuff that you could bring into the theaters and there are little tables at your seats. So snazzy! Also you can reserve your seat online so you can guarantee a spot. American theaters need to step it up!

I came here because they offer €6 movies every Tuesday (as far as I can tell, it's for any movie…read moreincluding 3D movies) and the VIP seats cost €8.20 (they certainly look fancier). The regular seats are decent, can't complain. The 3D glasses are still €1.50 each, but it's optional if you already have your own. I love that they don't upcharge for mandatory glasses. If you're used to American movie theaters, I highly recommend looking at the concession stand menu beforehand. The options for what you can purchase is mind blowing. Around the middle of the movie there was a break in which you could stretch your legs, use the bathroom and resupply on snacks. Our movie was two hours so I definitely appreciated the intermission. Our movie had after-credits and the movie attendant was the one that came in and told everyone. I honestly would have never guessed, since I'm only used to after-credits in Marvel movies. They even dimmed the lights for the after-credit scene! All in all, worth every buck!

There's no AC or ventilation, so forget bringing a sweater in case the theater will be too cold -- it won't be. The chairs aren't very cushioned and sit straight up, so it is difficult to be comfortable for the length of a movie. Besides the below average atmosphere, the sound/screen quality was fine and the price seemed average (8 Euro).

I freaking love this place. I've been twice, once to see Minions (don't judge, haters) and most…read morerecently to see their "CineSneak" offer (more on that later). This theater is a little out of the way, but it's huge and shows almost every movie you can think of. They have the original English versions of all the movies they release, which is great for expats. So. CineSneak. Essentially, every Wednesday night the theater allows you to purchase 5 euro tickets. The catch is that you have no idea what the movie is going to be. Even the guy selling the tickets doesn't know! Trust me, I asked. It's always a new release though, so if you don't go to the theater often, there's no risk in seeing something twice. Last night we ended up watching this weird Christmas movie which wasn't fabulous, but a fun excursion on a weeknight. I will definitely be doing this again. (The only downside is that like most theaters, refreshments are insanely expensive. I just wanted a bottle of water and it cost 4.25, which is insanity. You can buy a beer there for the same price. I'll never understand overcharging for water.)
