I am at Parookaville right now. It is an absolute clusterf*ck!! Definitely avoid it like the…read moreplague. I have been to fests all over the world, and this one is one of the worst. The traffic is an absolute nightmare (2.5 hours to get here from the only official hotel, 40 km away). The main stage is "full" halfway into Saturday night. Not only does this mean that half the fest is inaccessible to everyone not already at the mainstage (or one of the other 3 stages near main), it also means that people cannot even get access to the lockers. Given that our hotel key and raingear are in the lockers and we are trying to leave in a rainstorm, this is a complication. Organization is absolutely nonexistent, prices are bloated, and it all feels like a scam. They also have an absurd cup deposit scheme, where you pay a 25-50% deposit for the cup. But each bar has slightly different cups, and they will not refund a deposit for a cup from a different bar. All in all, this has been a tremendous disappointment and shockingly bad on all fronts.

We were disappointed how was everything organized. Zero information plates where to go, after you…read moreparked your car. We did not know that from parking we should take a shuttle bus (nobody informed us) and just were walking to the direction where was a music. I think we walked about 700m and some auto with a staff approached us to inform that if we want to find a festival entrance, we need to back and follow to a shuttle bus stop. Great, thank you... but how we can find a bus stop?! There was not any sign to recognize this place (we arrived at 8 pm and it was not much people around us). Finally we were in the bus, with closed windows and without air-condition, when outside was +30. By the way we were waiting for a bus for 15 minutes.... Can you imagine how many people want to join the shuttle bus after festival? I assume they spent not less than 1 hour in a line. Dear management, do you really think it should work like this?! Toilets area were very smelly from the big distance and also crowdy. Why do not add more toilets in advance, if you expect thousands of people?!... Parookaville is a nice event (beautifully built and huge), but organized pretty basic (I speak about information plates and facilities like toilets). We will not come back.
