I struck a deer on Hillsboro Road in Franklin, TN early New Year's Day. I was injured and transported to the emergency room. Gentry was next on the THP towing list (unlucky for me). He towed my Honda Pilot to his lot less than 10 miles away. He charged $40 per day storage and $375 for the tow! A 9 mile tow was $375! He later tried to talk me in to keeping my SUV for the bill! Based on their response, they will be the only ones I call in the future... Impeccable customer service! Someone had broken down and left their vehicle on my property, with no contact information... To make a long story short, I currently have people at my house working on remodeling stuff... The workers basically refused to come back, if that vehicle wasn't removed because it interfered with them getting their job done.... The workers reported that they had great difficulty, maneuvering around the vehicle, to get to my house..It was in their way, so it had to be removed! I proceeded to call the police department and give them the person's tag number, in hopes we could contact the owner of the vehicle... But, the PD wouldn't do anything because it was on private property... They told me to call a tow company and said, the tow bill would be at the owner's expense... So, that's what I did. I explained the situation to Jamie Gentry (owner of Gentry's Towing & Removal), and he was helpful from beginning to end... It was fairly late when I called Mr Gentry, and he was so pleasant to speak with... I explained the situation, and he assured me that he would haul the vehicle away... He added that they had several other calls, so it would be quite a bit It later, before they could get to it... I want to point out, this is a 24/7 towing company... So, they can take care of issues, day and/or night... Sure enough, they got it removed (Yay)...Not only did they remove the vehicle from my property, they kept me informed of the process along the way... Since it was late, we weren't calling each other, so Mr Gentry text me the details... I was informed of when they were headed to my address and when they loaded the vehicle on their tow truck. I highly recommend anyone using Gentry's Towing & Removal... Mr Gentry was so nice, helpful, dependable, and professional... He resolved my issue, without having to meet me in person... He took care of the problem without inconveniencing me and insisting that I be present, sign paperwork, or whatever else most other companies require at arrival... He did everything I requested, without hesitation, via communicating by phone...I AM VERY IMPRESSED and PLEASED with their services... Suddenly our pick up issued an overheating warning and we had to pull off to the side of a busy I-65 highway. After quickly checking for tow and repair companies, I called AR Towing & Repairs. Alfonso and his daughter, Ruby, thankful answered and came out immediately. We had a shredded fan belt. They drove us back to his shop, offered us chairs and water and got to work.
