Established in 2011.
Tibbs Law Office, LLC was founded in March 2011 and currently serves clients in Ohio Counties; Hamilton, Butler, Clermont and Warren, as well as Northern Kentucky clients on transactional matters.
We offer services in Family Law (divorce, dissolution, child custody, and support), Probate Law (estate planning and estate administration), Business Law (Entity creation, contracts and entity dissolution), and Real Estate (deeds and land contracts).
Our attorneys are trained in the practice of collaborative law. We believe in the power of the collaborative process as an alternative to litigation, the best way to solve family law and business disputes. Our attorneys are also trained Guardian Ad Litems, providing our clients with a unique perspective into family law matters.
Meet the Business Owner: Daryle C. T.
Daryle C. Tibbs is a proud graduate of William Mason High School. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Miami University in 2006 and her Master's degree from Xavier University in 2007. Daryle attended law school at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, thereafter. Daryle worked for a small firm in Dayton, Ohio immediately after taking the Ohio bar exam. She passed the bar exam and became an Associate Attorney with the firm in May 2010. After working with the firm for approximately one year, Daryle opened Tibbs Law Office, LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio in March 2011. Daryle obtained her license to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in May 2016.
