I have tried since Feb. 13 to get an answer on one of the lights that is broken. I thought the original girl was terrible(no longer with company)...now I can't get a return email from the "showroom manager" who assured me she would help me. Four emails to no-mans-land is enough. The man in this terrible threesome mob of really bad sales people said "Yeah something like that" with his nose firmly pointed toward the air above his head and he did a 180 turning his back to me and walking away. I had returned the same gesture and walked out with my nose in the air a little higher than his. Who won well it was not the store I could do without their lights but can they do without customers?
