One of my top priorities for our wedding was flowers!…read more From the first time I contacted Town and Country, they answered me promptly and professionally. We were able to quickly set-up appointments that worked around our schedules and were at convenient locations. Our designer, Jamie, was a joy to work with! Her approach to our floral arrangements was inspired and excellently reflected the vision we had for our wedding. During our meetings, she always was on top of details and attentive to our needs. I am not sure if other comments have mentioned this, but Town and Country has a few locations throughout the Chicagoland area. We met at both the Schaumburg and Elgin locations throughout our wedding preparations. From the flower petals for our in memorial table to center pieces and bouquets, Jamie and Town and Country performed beyond our expectations. No detail was overlooked! Jamie was also fabulous about working with adjustments to our wedding day. We ended up needing fewer center pieces for the reception and Jamie gladly worked with us to make the adjustments. Another aspect of working with Jamie I valued was her talent for understanding the feel of our wedding and making suggestions. She helped us better capture our theme and save us money (always a plus!). Her knowledge of flowers that were in season for our wedding was a wonderful help! For example, she suggested snap dragons to help mirror our cherry blossom theme. They became one of my favorite parts of our center pieces! Town and Country has an amazing selection of rentals to meet any needs. We had rentals for the church arrangements and center pieces that were diverse! They moved arrangements from the church to be reused at the reception. They also willingly helped us to donate our arrangements to a hospice center following our wedding! The designs from Town and Country exceeded all our expectations!

Ordering a get well bouquet from Blooms 'n Boxes for a dear friend who just went through surgery,…read morewas hands-down the ABSOLUTELY BEST EXPERIENCE I've had in ordering flowers over the phone!!! I first searched online for florists near my friend's neighborhood, so that the delivery charge wouldn't be too large. Blooms 'n Boxes advertised free delivery within a three mile radius of their location. Although my friend's home is beyond that radius, I called the shop anyway, having been impressed with the arrangements, and hoping to get a deal on delivery. I didn't know at the time, but it was the owner who answered my call. She was very personable, and there was no audible flinching at my admitting a limited budget but a big desire to make my friend smile. Not only did she work with me on bouquet design ideas, but she gave me an unbeatable deal on delivery, too. All in all, she allowed me to stick to my budget, and was very friendly about it, as well. I asked if she could take a photo of the finished product and e-mail it to me with the receipt. I wasn't expecting anything fancy or large, but I underestimated the owner's generosity and joy in her work with flowers. My friend's reaction was just filled my heart! She said that our gift made her forget her pain! See the photo she sent me, and be amazed with me! Thank you so much, Blooms 'n Boxes!

I came in with a very specific vision for every floral and décor detail, and Casey took that vision and ran with it. If they didn't already have something I was looking for, they went out of their way to source it. They respected our budget and were so patient and collaborative, always making me feel involved in the design process. I truly have one word for the work they did: GORGINA. My jaw completely dropped on our wedding day. Casey and her team went to the moon and back to achieve the exact look and feel we dreamed of. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the love, care, and artistry behind it all were absolutely breathtaking. Worth every penny. I genuinely enjoyed every call and meeting throughout the process. I cannot recommend Flowers for Dreams weddings enough. Seamless process, amazing people, and an overall magical experience!

So, I ordered a plant for my friend's office to celebrate his promotion, thinking it would be a thoughtful and meaningful gift. Instead, he called me laughing and asked what it was supposed to be. Apparently, the "potted plant" was tiny and looked more like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree than a congratulatory gift. Good grief! Not only was it a complete waste of money... quite a bit of money because they are overpriced... but I was absolutely mortified. Thankfully, he understood that my heart was in the right place and never mentioned it again. And, oh! To add insult to injury, it died shortly after! Two thumbs down. Cannot recommend. It's the Temu of flower delivery - order at your own risk!
