Earlier in the spring, I had some questions based on a mailer I received and set up an appointment with Jan. First of all, I was impressed that an agent, who I know must be very busy, would take the time to speak with me one-on-one about my questions. Second, she was exceedingly friendly and was obvious to me that she really does care about her customers, beyond making extra $$ from them signing up for extra products/services. Her advice was very practical and I never felt pressured into modifying my coverage. I would recommend Jan's office to anyone in search of a good insurance company and agent.
