I used ind farmers insurance for over 20 years. Then when Chris bought out the company every thing changed. Fired the old staff or forced them out new girls have no clue what is going on. Then he lied , my home owners was due . It is paid by the bank ( round point ) they called and talked to Harmon's 2 times both times recorded the conversation ( that they played for me ). Chris told them he would get what ever they needed to them. Week goes by bank calls me. I go in he says he never talked to them and it is on them. Blames them for every thing. Switched to dif.
