I used ind farmers insurance for over 20 years. Then when Chris bought out the company every thing changed. Fired the old staff or forced them out new girls have no clue what is going on. Then he lied , my home owners was due . It is paid by the bank ( round point ) they called and talked to Harmon's 2 times both times recorded the conversation ( that they played for me ). Chris told them he would get what ever they needed to them. Week goes by bank calls me. I go in he says he never talked to them and it is on them. Blames them for every thing. Switched to dif. Company had no problems , it is costing me more but worth it SOME TIMES CHEAPER IS NOT BETTER . read more

The individuals at Harmon-McClintic were cordial, knowledgeable and always helpful. Our business agent is Doug who has always returned our telephone calls, provide answers to questions and if he was unsure of an answer, he would kindly research and follow-up in a timely manner. Doug went the extra mile to explain in detail our policies and when there was any confusion Doug took the time to clear them up. I would highly recommend the team at Harmon-McClintic Insurance. read more

I have no hesitation giving a 5 star rating to this company! I have enjoyed a great working/personal relationship with Chris and Monica for many years. I find the office to be very professional and knowledgeable. I've witnessed first hand that they have went the "extra mile" to assist their customers. Thank you both for your commitment to your customers and community! read more

The staff goes over and beyond to help. Our daughter was in an accident at Purdue. We called into the office and Chris just happen to be in Lafayette. Actually he was not far from the accident.
