I received an email saying my Zelle had been suspended and this is the only service I have used to send and receive money. I called and spoke to about seven people. I was disconnected twice but never received a phone call back. Then when I spoke to someone and they said that PNC froze my Zelle for fraudulent activity. I received $30 from someone. This is someone who has been sending me this payment to cut their grass and they have done this for about a year. Yes you read this right. I was told my account was fine and this was only affecting my Zelle. Wrong. I tried to log in online this afternoon and they froze my access for 30 days while they investigate. They told me my funds are frozen so none of my payments like mortgage and utility and credit card payments will occur. I am now waiting for a supervisor to call back and if they don't fix this I will call an attorney. I will also be sitting outside this location to advise people to stay away.

The moment I need to just cash my check the company can't do it because I don't have the exact funds in the account to cash. That's unfair to the consumer all the way around. If I bank with you all and have active deposits and not in the negative there is no reason as a loyal consumer I should have access to cash my check and have funds readily available.
