I did my research before hand and was scared to trust anyone beside myself with my angel girl, but Maria came recommended and I can say this is the best decision we have made as a family. She's been great since day 1, from making our growth transitions smooth, being flexible with our needs and wants. She's patient, loving, and really cares about my child, from development needs has been open to so much. I 100% say go for it if your looking into Maria's childcare, I wish there more reviews like this to help other parents choose what's the best fit for them. She gives the kids a lot of outdoor time which is great because my son loves to be outdoor. While indoor they do so many activities! I feel so lucky to have found Grechelt and her day care. She also uses a parent app to provide updates of your child like activities and naps. This really made me comfortable knowing my son was having so much fun

She paid close attention to him. She performed an incredible job with him; in fact, he had no problems at all with his transition to kindergarten. Lorena is reliable, patient, kind and loving to my son. She was the caretaker for my son from 6…read moremonths through 2 years old. She provided encouragement and instilled confidence in him during huge transitional and key milestone early years. Most recently, Lorena became a virtual teacher to my son, who is now 4. We pulled him out of preschool due to the pandemic. During the virtual sessions, she has taught him the alphabet, counting numbers 1-20 and most importantly kept him engaged with games, such as bingo using the alphabets or Pictionary drawing out things and having my son guess. It truly shows how much effort she puts into each session to keep my son entertained and learning. Not an easy task! Consider yourself lucky to have Lorena be the caretaker to your child(ren) because her priorities are to keep your child happy, engaged and continuing to thrive. Lorena has become family, and I hope you get the pleasure of having the same experience we have with her.

I like how they are very organized as well i never have anything missing from her bag. I never even thought to wash my infants hands but ever since i seen themdo it i have continued. My 10 month old claps her hands. I like how the teachers document everythingabout my baby from six months to now everyday i can look back at what she did, learned and, and ate down to how long her naps were. Victoria is absolutely amazing, my daughter Gianna went there for several years and now she is…read moreprepared for kindergarten. She knows her letters , shapes how to write her name and socialize with other children. Victoria never had days, she didn't do something with the children that was creative for example one time she made a washer that looked realistic by hand so they could have a pretend day there was other stuff to go along with the washer but she always had themes, she did reading time with the kids everyday. She did sensory play with the children and taught them so much my daughter had so many good days with Victoria even in my daughter's not so good days Victoria would come and get her and do fun stuff to make it a good day for her, her daycare was like a second home, I always felt my daughter was in great hands and never worried while I was away at work her assistants are amazing as well. Any kid that gets to be in Victoria's daycare is a lucky kid in my opinion. Jamie B.

We had nothing but good experiences here and highly recommend it. The teachers are very patient with the children, older children help younger children settle into routines, and the school even helps with potty training when the time comes. When our daughter started Kindergarten at the local elementary school, we found she was far beyond her classmates in math. This school prepared her well. Your child will take time to settle into the new environment. It took my oldest nearly six weeks. The school will work with you, so be patient and don't blame the school if your child isn't ready.

Let me save you the headache! This place is a freakinnn' mess…read more After essentially being pushed out just two days in, I was told I'd get a full refund, minus the two days my son was "in school", yeah.. ok. What I got instead was several weeks of back and fourth emails, and a check that was finally recieved via snail mail aka USPS. I thought: "FINALLY", cause... hey, we're talking a little over $1,800. I go to deposit it and lo and behold.. IT'S NOT SIGNED. Yes, seriously, they sent me an unsigned check. From there, I went back to the email thread, going back and forth a million times with accounting and random people who never introduced themselves. An aggressive email from a random staff member named Patricia, who never introduced herself or her role in the whole situation. I didn't receive any phone calls, no apology, no accountability. Weeks go by, and I don't receive another check, so I filed a dispute with my bank after attempting to resolve this for over a month. Guess what? I finally heard back from accounting. They tried to get me to cancel my dispute so that they could issue a check again. I said nope! Thankfully, a week or so later, my bank was able to refund me the entire amount after literally faxing them our email thread and the unsigned check. Please do not bring yourself or your children here. The staff here is unprofessional and incompetent and needs to brush up on their customer service. Avoid. At. All. Costs.
